Logo Branding for Export Documents
This update adds company, team, job, and job group logo branding for Saffie document exports, with company and jobsite descriptions added for clearer organization.
This update adds email-based validation requests and lets Pro users send Saffie export documents as Word or PDF attachments directly from the Share modal.
Saffie now supports email-based workflows for both validation review and document sharing.
Users can send validation requests by email so reviewers can open a secure review link, see the current export-style document, and sign with a typed or drawn signature. This is available for Job Function Descriptions, Job Function Tests, Job Group Descriptions, and Job Group Tests.
Pro users can also email export documents directly from the Share modal as Word or PDF attachments. The emailed files use the same export builders and formatting as the regular download buttons, including logos, headers, tables, and signatures. Recipients can open the attachment whether or not they use Saffie, and the email also includes a protected Saffie link for recipients who already have account and company access.
Document email sends include sender information, are rate-limited, and are recorded in the activity log so companies can review who exported documents by email.
